Agreement
These terms govern your use of the HYSPARKS Events website and the submission of booking inquiries. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking until a deposit is received and your date is confirmed in writing.
Bookings & Deposits
A 25%% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before setup on your event day. Packages and pricing are customizable and confirmed in your quote.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your new date subject to availability.
Service & Safety
Our cold sparkler and low-fog effects are operated safely and are fully insured. Final use is subject to venue approval and safety requirements. Space requirements must be met for safe operation.
Liability
HYSPARKS Events is fully insured. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, power availability, or force majeure events.
