Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding communities are available with a travel fee.

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before setup on your event day.

Absolutely. Our cold sparklers are low-temperature and venue-safe, so they can be used indoors wherever your venue permits. We always coordinate with your venue in advance.

The photo booth needs roughly an 8×8 ft area. Cold sparklers require only about 1.5 ft of clearance, and dancing on the clouds (low fog) requirements vary by venue, and we’ll advise based on your space.

Yes. Setup and breakdown are always included in every package. You never have to lift a finger.

Yes, HYSPARKS is fully insured, and we’re happy to provide documentation for your venue when needed.

The remaining balance is due before setup on the day of your event, once your 25% deposit has secured the date.

We arrive 30–60 minutes before your event start time so everything is polished and ready before your guests arrive.
